Coverage

I already have a manufacturer warranty. Why do I need GadgetCare+?

Manufacturer warranties only cover mechanical and electrical defects. GadgetCare+ covers accidental damage — the most common cause of device failure.

Pricing

How much will I pay for repairs?

Nothing. Repair coverage extends up to the original purchase price of the device, with no participation fee for repairs or parts.

Replacement

What if my device is beyond repair?

If declared Beyond Economic Repair (BER), you are eligible for a like-for-like replacement, subject to a 20% service fee.

Exclusions

What is not covered?

Theft or loss, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, accessories (chargers, earphones), and any repairs performed by unauthorized service centers.

Is the coverage nationwide?

Yes. GadgetCare+ provides nationwide coverage with FREE pick-up and delivery anywhere in the Philippines.
